In his role as President and CTO, Michael leads the Persimmony development team in the creation and implementation of all Persimmony software initiatives, as well as oversees budgets, staff, and executives and evaluates the success of the company. Michael founded Persimmony in 2002 as a case management software company that initially focused on real-time data capture to increase reimbursements for community agencies. The application evolved to accommodate more robust case management, time study, and self-service assessments. Under his leadership, Persimmony has developed Time Study, a real-time, paperless timekeeping system for an unlimited number of time studies, as well as a suite of products that enables organizations to transform secure case management across a growing list of publicly funded programs, with funding source requirements built in to achieve 100% audit compliance.

As VP of Growth at Persimmony, James oversees organizational structure and sales strategy. He previously worked as the Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Early Warning, where he played a key role in launching new technology and models to transform banking. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Glyph ID, where he invented and built a blockchain identity platform. He also served as the Interim CEO of TazWorks LLC, where he engineered the transition from a single product Software as a Service (SaaS) business to an identity platform capable of 10x revenue growth. James was also a Partner at Genesis OQ, where he focused on executive-level engagements in strategy, transformation, and disruptive innovation in financial services and technology.

Isobel Tanner, the Director of Product and Consulting at Persimmony, has a strong background in research and analysis in developing effective solutions that capture customer needs. Her experience as a consultant, project manager, MBA intern, and executive coordinator equipped her with the ability to assess and further develop internal operations, company strategy, and brand uniformity. Isobel has extensive experience in leadership roles, with a strong ability to empower teams, develop internal operations and company strategy, and build wireframes for software. With over ten years of experience in editorial roles, she has extensive experience in project management and communication.

As Director of Customer Success, Ruffin manages all customer relationships and customer success activities, and leads sales initiatives and growth opportunities. Before joining Persimmony in 2020, Ruffin owned and operated Robert Judd Auto Sales and Southern Utah Auto Shop, managed Ruffin Judd Leasing, and worked as a registered representative at World Financial Group and an investment advisor representative at Investment Advisors International. He also worked as an assistant manager and construction worker at Normarco Construction while pursuing his university degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from BYU-Idaho, which he graduated magna cum laude.

Sarah Kingsburgh is an accomplished marketing and communications professional with experience leading teams at SaaS, B2B, B2C, non-profit, and for-profit organizations, such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, NBC, the Advertising Research Foundation, and Contempo South Africa. At Persimmony, Sarah leads the development and implementation of go-to-market, lead generation, customer acquisition and retention, and positioning strategies. She also oversees strategic cross-channel brand development, marketing operations, internal and external communications, and public relations.

Kim serves as the Director of HR and Compliance at Persimmony Software, where she consults with management, oversees payroll, and benefits, and ensures regulatory compliance. Kim is also the founder and CEO of Pinnacle People & Leadership Solutions, which offers services including HR consulting, career and executive coaching, team building, and DISC training. The company aims to help clients overcome complex challenges and reach their full potential. She has also worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Allen Distribution, where she was responsible for planning and developing HR policies and procedures.

As the Director of IT, Chris is responsible for managing IT operations and infrastructure, implementing systems and policies aligned with business objectives, ensuring security coverage, and overseeing the IT budget. Prior to this, Chris worked as Persimmony’s Infrastructure Engineer, handling tasks related to backups, help desk support, and system administration. Chris is also an Owner/Entrepreneur of NetEx Consulting, providing technology services, specializing in C/C++ and PHP development, electronics repair, and industrial automation. Chris has also served as the National Sales Manager at Yaesu USA in Cypress, Calif., where he managed marketing, sales, and customer service for the United States and Canada, while also being actively involved in product development and strategic programs.

Jeanette is a dedicated and experienced registered nurse, public health nurse with proficiency in implementation of software program in public health nursing departments, including expertise in management and supervision. She is very knowledgeable in HIPAA and related patient-data security issues. Jeanette joined Persimmony in 2013, first as the Director of Product, then ECM Product Manager, and now as a Senior Consultant. In her current role, she provides expertise in Targeted Case Management, Nurse-Family Partnership, and Federal Financial Participation, and provides ongoing support to existing customers, including developing training documents and providing troubleshooting.

Prior to joining Persimmony in 2020 as a Senior Consultant, Sue worked for Contra Costa Public Health for over 20 years managing programs such as Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA) and Targeted Case Management (TCM). She has also worked as a Home Health Agency Supervisor and Public Health Nurse in Contra Costa County and as a Registered Nurse at Saint Agnes Medical Center in Fresno. Sue has a BS in Nursing from California State University, Fresno and a BS in Biological Sciences from University of California, Irvine. She holds licenses as a California Registered Nurse and Public Health Nurse (PHN).
