At the 2019 Local Governmental Agency (LGA) CMAA/TCM Annual Conference in May, Persimmony staff members met with agency personnel to hear their feedback and concerns, listen to their suggestions, and share ideas about what’s next in future Persimmony releases. Team members shared details of how Persimmony, a preferred partner of the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program, can help them improve workflows and meet reporting requirements across all their programs.
Conference sessions included the latest information regarding CMAA and TCM. Presentations included CMAA basics, onboarding, site visits, how to participate in CMAA, coding, claims, audits, and time survey code examples, among others.
Additionally, in a Persimmony-hosted drawing, Mendocino County’s Mary Alice Willeford won an iPad Mini in our prize drawing. Congratulations, Mary Alice! (And remember, you can use Persimmony on
your new mobile device.)
